If a contractual relationship is not established, we retain the data for the longest possible period. 5 years since the last communication.

1.2 Processing of personal data when purchasing in the e-shop

If you make a purchase from us, we process personal data necessary to process your order, in particular:

  • first and last name

  • billing and delivery address

  • email address

  • telephone number

  • order and payment details

  • conclusion and performance of the purchase contract

  • delivery of goods

  • communication regarding orders, complaints and withdrawal from the contract

  • fulfillment of legal obligations (accounting, taxes)

Retention period
We store personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond. 10 years from its termination, in accordance with legal regulations.

If you have made a purchase from us and have not refused to receive commercial communications, we may use your email address to send you information about news and promotions.

Section 7, paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services.

Retention period
For a period of 1 year from the last purchase, or until the moment you unsubscribe.

Who has access to personal data?

We process personal data exclusively in the territory European Union and only to the extent necessary.

At Velessia clothes sro, we do not have an appointed personal data protection officer because we are not required to do so by law.
